Purposes and Legal Basis of Data Processing: We process personal data to fulfill contracts for IT services under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, to comply with legal obligations under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR (e.g., tax retention per §132 BAO), and with your explicit consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR for analytics and marketing via cookies (e.g., Google Analytics).

3. Types of Data Collected: We collect name, email, and phone number for contract fulfillment and communication. Google Analytics collects IP addresses, user identifiers (_ga, _gid, _gat cookies), and browsing data with your consent.

4. Recipients of Data: Data is processed internally by RR Digital Solutions e.U. We use third-party processors: Google LLC (for Google Analytics), Stripe (for payment processing), and hosting services via Framer.com, WordPress, and Wix.com, SquareSpace, Accuweb. Data transfers to the U.S. occur under Standard Contractual Clauses, with consent obtained for non-essential processing.

5. Data Storage and Deletion: Data is stored for the contract duration and up to 7 years for tax compliance per §132 BAO. Google Analytics data is retained per Google’s policies (up to 26 months). After these periods, data is deleted unless further retention is legally required.

6. Your Rights: You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object to processing, and request data portability under GDPR Articles 15-21.
